2.1.2. Media team is too small and can't accommodate increased demand

2.2.1. Isolation from campus; physically and organizationally

2.2.2. Feelings of undervalue resulting in gatekeeping/resistance

2.2.4. Cleaning up after self in kitchen (though it has been improving)

2.2.5. Innovation lab is not utilized to the fullest - why is it not accessible by all and more collaborative? Why can't we teach each other skills?

2.7.1. Independent modality is prominent so rich collaboration in course is decreasing

2.7.2. No feedback after course launch (x2) from students, OLFM's dept's etc.

3.2.4. Staff would take initiative to bring forward ideas and responses instead of quiet eye rolling

3.3.1. There were more flexible work day opportunities such as a 4 day work week (x4)

3.7.1. TRU encouraged workers to take TRU and TRU-OL course with the tuition waiver opportunities or other workplace incentives

3.8.1. We had more innovation in our courses

3.8.2. We offered more dynamic, paced, online, cohort-based courses touting academic rigour, providing a sense of a learning community that is immediacy, response and motivaiton enhanced
