1. Get Certified

1.1. Go to osse.gov to find out the proper requirements for certification in the District.

1.1.1. Finish TeachNow. Collaborate with other teachers to learn proper practices to become a highly qualified teacher.

1.1.2. Principles of Learning and Teaching. The last assessment I need to pass (160) in order to apply for my Regular 2 license.

1.1.3. Apply for Regular 2 License

2. Win a State Title

2.1. Find a high school that needs a coach in Basketball or Track.

2.2. Volunteer Coach to gain experience with coaching high school athletes.

2.3. Find a mentor coach/become an assistant coach

2.4. Follow programs of coaches that inspire me. Duke/Syracuse

2.5. Build a program that promotes the STUDENT over the ATHLETE

3. Send MiKhayla to College

3.1. Pay off my student loans

3.1.1. Find out about loan forgiveness. Research social media. Ask other teachers about loan forgiveness.

3.1.2. Make sure I make regular payments/Schedule payments

3.2. Find out her interests to figure out what school would the best fit for her.

3.2.1. Hopefully SPELMAN

3.3. Join my Alumni Chapter to network

3.4. Continue to remind her the importance of education

3.4.1. Good Grades = Scholarships

3.5. SAVE! SAVE! SAVE

3.5.1. Figure out what organs will go top dollar on the black market.

3.6. Offer alternatives if college is not for her

3.6.1. Military

3.6.2. Cosmetology

3.6.3. Nursing
