1.2. The gods were a big part of the Roman's religion. They made sure to show respect to these gods.

2.1. Both men and women had certain privileges (Wealthy women had more privileges than poor.).

2.2. Boys and girls advanced to adults from the age of 12 to 18.

2.3. The father of a family had all of the power (over the family).

3.1. The Romans that were rich had massive, luxurious houses with lovely detail.

3.2. The poor people of Rome had small and unhygienic, messy apartments that could be unsafe.

4.1. The rich and poor Romans both ate sometimes at the "thermopolia", although the rich in Rome had better food options than the poor in Rome.

4.2. There were places where food could be bought with a variety of options.

5. Section 2: Daily Life in Ancient Rome

5.1. The rich and the poor had lives that were very unlike each other.

5.2. Wealthy people had lots of riches and fancy things and lived in nice settings, while the poor lived in nasty, filthy settings.

6.1. The emperor, the Senate, and assemblies decided the rules of Rome.

6.2. In Rome, there was quite a bit of crime.

6.3. There was quite a bit of crime in Rome, but there was also protection.

7.1. Rich Romans had the opportunity to be educated (most commonly by slaves) and have fairly successful careers (Females included.).

7.2. Instead of getting to be educated, poor Romans had to labor.

8.1. Some Romans that were rich owned a nice home and farm out in the country. Aside from running the farm, they enjoyed some non-laborious activities.

8.2. Some Romans that lived in poverty experienced difficult times, such as poor living conditions and a lot of chores.

8.3. Slaves were a aplenty.

9. Section 9: Recreation

9.1. Wealthy Romans had the opportunity to be idle and enjoy themselves much more than the poor. However, the rich and the poor had some same means of fun.
