1. Organization & Workflow (Trello)
1.1. 2.1 Trello will be like a giant whiteboard and will automagically integrate with zendesk.
1.2. 2.2 Trello will be a great place for the rest of the team to see progress without directly emailing and asking. This will also allow a project manager to "manage" any changes that need to be made.
1.3. 2.3 Trello will also be used to store workflows in case one of the team moves on, someone can step in and do the job because we have documented the process on trello.
