1.1. From SA Node
1.2. P wave before QRS
1.3. PR - 0.12 - 0.20
1.4. QRS - same shape and size - < 0.12
1.5. Rhythm = P-P & R-R; Regualr
1.6. Rate = 60 - 100 bpm
2. Atrial Tachycardia
2.1. From Atria
2.2. P wave before QRS
2.2.1. May be buried in preceding T wave
2.3. Rate = 151 - 250 bpm
3. Atrial Fibrillation
3.1. From Atria
3.2. No distictive P wave
3.2.1. No PR interval
3.3. R - R irregular
3.4. Atrial Rate:
3.4.1. 350 - 500
3.5. Ventricular Rate:
3.5.1. < 60 = Slow ventricular response
3.5.2. 60 - 100 = Controlled A. Fib
3.5.3. 101 - 150 = Rapid ventricular response
3.5.4. > 150 = Uncontrolled A. Fib
4. Premature Atrial Contraction
4.1. From Atria
4.2. P wave premature
4.3. PR interval varies
4.4. Usually followed by a pause
4.4.1. Compensatory if the next heart beat comes in on time
4.4.2. Non-Compensatory if the next heart beat doesn't come in on time
5. Atrial Flutter
5.1. From Atria
5.2. P waves not present
5.3. Flutter waves
5.3.1. Saw toothed in shape; size may vary
5.4. PR interval cannot be measured
5.5. Rhythm regular except with varying block
5.6. Atrial Rate:
5.6.1. 250 - 350
5.7. Ventricular Rate:
5.7.1. 60 - 100
