1.1. the Cn tower is a solid structure from the base and it is a shell structure from the top. It can also be a frame structure because of the stairs as well as the windows. Therefore the Cn tower is a combination structure.

2.1. The Cn Tower is able to support it various weights because if you noticed the Cn Tower goes from slim (top) to wider (bottom/base). This can help because all the weight is going down on the structure but the base is wide so it is able to hold its weight strongly.

5.1. The purpose of the Cn Tower was to make a large T.V and radio communication center in the Downtown area. It now serves as a tourist attraction, and holds the record for the tallest free standing structure.
