7.4.1.1. Students will be able to label a map of Australia's neighbours, and identify using the location of these countries in relation to Australia eg. New Zealand is located South East of Australia.
7.4.2. Independent; Students will have to label, provide a key and a compass, for their map of Australia and its Neighbours
7.4.3. Independent; Students will create their own Venn Diagram using information from their passports
7.4.4. Formative; Knowledge; Students will write statements identifying the location of each country in relation to Australia. Checklist will be used to assess accuracy of statements.

9.1.1. Students will be able to present their information collected in the passports in a Venn Diagram highlighting the similarities and differences of 2 countries.

9.2.1. Whole Class Model; I will model the Venn Diagram assessment task in front of whole class- students will be used to add information to the class Venn Diagram to keep class interested
