Wanted a unified society (as did the communists) but they weren’t concerned with elimintaing private property or class distinctions (principle aim of communists) Fascists pushed for another identity, one rooted in extreme nationalism (RACISM)

2.1. A government which takes total control over every aspect of it’s citizens public and private lives
