1. Christianity

1.1. A boy named Jesus was born as the Holy Bible predicted. Angels came down to tell of the birth of the baby. The Bible holds the Gospels and the old testament and the new testament. Later Jesus was nailed to the cross after being paraded in the streets. That is why Christians have Lent to symbolize Jesus's 40 days in the desert before he was nailed on the cross. Holy Thursday Jesus had the last supper with his apostles. Jesus died at Golgatha which means the place of the skull. The first leader of the church is Peter. The head of the catholic church is called the pope. Baptism shows that you are part of the faith. Confirmation is when you become of age.

2. Islam

2.1. It is the biggest religion in the middle east. There are 5 religion rules. 1) to believe, 2) to fast, 3) say prayers, 4) give alms and 5) pilgrimage. They believe everything they do God sees and judges them. God sees all they do. Islam people split in 2. Islam has spread into Africa.

3. Judiasm

3.1. Moses is a big leader in the Jewish religion. He opened the Red Sea so his people could cross. And then he closed it. Before Moses he died he got rules from God called the 10 commandments.The statutes in a Jewish temple always face Jerusalem. When people look at the scrolls they must use a pointer so the oil from their fingers don't get on the scrolls. The Jewish people pray for the Mesiah. Jewish people who wear all black clothes take Moses's word strictly. The is a ceromony celebrating when a boy becomes a man. At the ceremony family and friends sing and dance together. Hanukah is in November and December. It lasts 10 days and parents give their kids presents during this time.
