10.1. Look to the course for evidence. Most of the standard needs to be evident in the course, that means about 85%!

11. Characteristics

11.1. Constructive, specific, measurable, sensitive, and balanced. Each of these should be reflected in the comments, so that comments can be used by the instructor to improve the course. These characteristics take into account the instructor as a whole!
