Gilgamesh

1. Before he met Enkidu

1.1. No comrade that was as strong as him

1.2. Never feared battle

1.3. Only cared for power

1.4. Was seen as a tyrant by the people

2. After he met Enkidu

2.1. Found a comrade and friend

2.2. Was able to conquer many great enemies. For instance, the forest guardian and the heavenly bull.

2.3. Realized that he is not invincible

3. Began his journey to find imortality

3.1. On this journey he fails to obtain immortality

4. But he learns in the end of his journey and life who he is. This can be seen when he tells Ur-shanabi about the magnificent walls of Uruk. In these lines we see Gilgamesh realizing that he was king of this great city and that his name will live on.
