5.1.1.1. This is when Bob has been following Helen and makes her uncomfortable, he is trying to scare her and he is threatened by fear himself when this is said to him which makes him back off.

5.2.1.1. He says this in court and makes out like Tom is an animal by "rutting" on his possession. Better people like the Finch's don't use the term 'nigger' because they know its wrong.
