1. Spain & India and Japan are all high power distance cultures. This can lead to a reluctance to speak in class.

1.1. Who will implement this solution? This will be teacher led

1.2. What will I do? I will keep a record of the times that students respond appropriately and provide recognition/rewards at the end of each term.

1.3. Where will this plan be implemented? On school grounds.

1.4. When will the token economy be implemented? Especially during morning meetings and at all times when student talking time is the optium outcome.

1.5. Why will we implement this token economy? To provide extrinsic motivation and to make the exxpereince of question and answer less fraught and more enjoyable.

2. Spanish, Japanese & Indian culture all cluster together as individualistic, this can potentially lead to a lack of cooperation and unwillingness to share ideas and experiences.

2.1. What will we do to address this area? We can implement team learning pairs of more capable/native speakers with those whose English is still developing.

2.3. Who will address this area? I will collaborate with my fellow teachers to ensure seamless implementation across all areas of school.

2.4. Why will we match more confident speakers with their more reticent peers? To provide struggling students with a positive role model and a template for success. While simultaneously instilling a sense of compassion and empathy in those students who are more capable.

2.5. Where will we implement this plan? Throughout our school, anywhere and everywhere that learning takes place.

3. How will I know if my teaching has successfully improved social inclusion and learning?

3.1. I can use self report questionnaires to see if students have found that they collaberate more.

3.2. I can interview both students and parents to see if they have expereinced more inclusion and a better working enviroment.

3.3. I will closely monitor students and check if they are working across cultural and linguistic differences.
