5.4. Segregation was never mandated by law and initially there was a law against race discrimination but that was a criminal law but the problem is that there needs to be laws that recognize that there is a race problem within Brazil that needs to be addresses

6. Social Problems within Brazil

6.1. Gunmen that are shooting individuals and causing terror for people in their immediate surroundings. People believe it because they have more power more control and more wealth
