1. Exercise and Workout Plans
1.1. This page is dedicated to all different types of Exercises and Workout plans. A lot of people do not workout because they do not know how or what to do. So this page gives tons of different workouts for different types of bodies and different workouts for different muscles and etc.
1.1.1. App Design: I am going to design an app for the workouts that will have a step by step process of the exercises with timers.
2. Healthy Foods and Diets
2.1. This section is for all the healthy foods and diets. A lot of people don't know enough about healthy foods to understand what to eat. So this page gives you all sorts of healthy foods and snacks. It also includes different kinds of diets so you can find the one that works best for you.
2.1.1. Infographics: the infograph was include all the different foods and there calorie count and why they are healthy. It will also have the different daily diets and the calories and information behind them.
3. Exercise Apparel
3.1. I am all about feeling confident and comfortable. I think a big key to living a healthy lifestyle is working out and everybody should feel comfortable and confident when working out. This section is going to be all different apparel for different types of working out. It will link you to both high end and low end apparel to purchase
3.1.1. QR codes: this will allow them to scan a barcodes and go straight to the online websites for the apparel they are looking for.

4.1. The Home page gives an overview of everything my site has to offer. It includes the 3 main steps to live a healthy lifestyle and has pictures that relate to the topics.
4.1.1. Logo/Imaging Editing: I am going to put my edited image on my home page because i think it represents the strength in living a healthy lifestyle and is my motto in making this website.
5. About
5.1. The About page contains the history behind myself and the company. I talk about what this website and company means to me. I also have a who are we section that mention what the website is about.
5.1.1. Screen cast Presentation: I will have a video that can be previewed to highlight all the important points my site has too offer
6. Contact
6.1. This allows people to get a hold of myself for any questions or concerns that they may have.
6.1.1. Canva Design: I will design business cards for the customers to contact me if they have any questions or concerns about the website.
