1. Aggression
1.1. Does asserting power over others motivate the individual?
2. Achievement
2.1. How much recognition does a person require to be motivated to succeed?
3. Affiliation
3.1. The degree to which a person needs to feel that they are a part of something larger than themselves.
4. Inquisitiveness
4.1. The amount of curiosity a person has. How much of a desire to know do they have?
5. Power
5.1. How important is control to the individual? Some require the feeling of being in control to be motivated.
6. Status
6.1. A person's need to feel that they are important or valued when performing a task.
7. Gregariousness
7.1. To what degree the individual needs to spend time interacting with others to be motivated.
8. Autonomy
8.1. How requisite is it for the individual to spend time working alone?
