3 Types of Leaders

1. This leadership is determined on the group, there is no specific leader. No guidance is really offered. this leadership more of fending for yourself.
2. These leaders work with the group but also act as a leader. When getting ready to make a decision there is a leader who makes it. It's easiest to have one decision maker to have the final say.
3. Democratic Leaders
4. Delegative (Laissez-Faire) Leadership - Free rein
5. One person leads and directs the group. It is easiest to have one leader to guide the whole group because decisions are easily made and it's more effcient.
