3 Types Of Leaders

1. Democratic Leaders:

1.1. Democratic leaders are generally the most efficient types of leaders for a few reasons. One they make sure to keep their employees engaged and that everyone is engaged with what is happening. They also allow everyone to participate in the decision making process but still have the final say over what happens.

2. Delegative Leaders:

2.1. These leaders are very good at keeping themselves independent from what their employees are doing. They keep themselves away from the workers for the most part which is useful if the employee knows more in that area then the leader. This is generally the least productive leadership type unless the employees are better then the leader in their current area.

3. Autocratic Leaders

3.1. Autocratic leaders are very good at making sure that everything gets done when it needs to get done. They set dates to have stuff done by and make almost all if not all of the decisions independently. These leaders generally leave their employees less motivated but they still get work done.
