3.2.1. provides training, assistance, financial support and recognition for foster parents

3.2.2.1. advice dealing with difficult child behaviour or a child with special needs
3.2.2.2. Support fostering teenagers
3.2.2.2.1. help with other issues such as grief or dealing with separation

4.1.1. In Ojibway and Oji-Cree this means, "Everyone working together to raise our children", expressing the way our communities understand the holistic and inclusive nature of raising children
