2. How Agency Addresses Awareness of Cultural Diversity

2.1. Services are offered in a culturally sensitive way that welcomes, accepts and represents all Aboriginal peoples.

2.2. Services are delivered within a supportive environment applying core Aboriginal values based on the Seven Sacred Teachings of Respect, Courage, Honesty, Love, Wisdom, Humility and Truth.

2.3. The Centre welcomes and encourages people with disabilities to use its services. They are committed to providing access to services for people with disabilities in a way that respects rights to dignity, independence and integration.

3. Services/Programs for Ontario Students and Families

3.1. Programs are available for adults, seniors, children and youth, families and parents.

3.2. The Centre offers cultural events programming that incorporates Aboriginal beliefs, values and traditions.

3.3. Additional Programs include Health: Fitness, Diabetes, Quit Smoking, HIV, Pre/Postnatal Housing/Legal/Social Youth Programs Senior Support Addictions & Other Supports Walk-in Crisis Counsellor Community Kitchens Traditional Medicine Traditional Teachings Family Therapy

4. How are Services Accessed?

4.1. Memberships are available to all members of the community, however a membership is not required to receive services or participate in events
