Reviewing the Reading by Mind Map: Reviewing the Reading

1. What We're All About

1.1. The about page will describe the website and what it's all about. I will go into detail about how we raise money for children who cannot afford books but have a desire to read. I will also talk about how one of the main purposes of this website is to review books.

1.1.1. Infographics: I will provide infographics of people's comments about the website to encourage others to get involved as well.

1.1.2. Graphic Design/ QR Code: I will make bookmarks that talk about this website and bring them to libraries and bookstores to be passed out for free. The QR code will give a brief overview of what to expect from the site.

2. Home

2.1. The home page will catch the viewers eye. It will be something that gets people interested and makes them want to explore the website in more depth.

2.1.1. Logo: I will create a logo for the website that will clearly be shown on this page of the website as well as all of the other ones.

2.1.2. Photo Editing: I will edit a photo to use as the dominant photo on this page. It will catch the attention of the viewer and make them want to learn more about the site.

3. Reviews

3.1. This page is solely about the reviews of books. Not only will I be able to review and post about books but so will my readers. Through the contact page they will be able to send me their information as well as their review(s) to be posted for others to read.

3.1.1. Social Media: Through social media, readers will be able to connect with each other and talk more about reviews and things. They can share the reviews to their profiles for their friends/ family/ followers to see which will not only get word about my website out but will also benefit other avid readers. (will most likely use Twitter)

3.1.2. Video: I will provide a video that shows people's reviews of this website and what they think of it. People who don't have social media or are still curious as to whether or not they want to use this website will be able to see what other people think of it through a video.

4. Contact

4.1. This page will give the option to send in any questions, comments, or reviews. The individual will have to provide their e-mail, name, age, state they live in, and question/ comment/ or review to show on the review page (age and state are optional but are recommended for reviews).

4.1.1. App Prototype: I will create an app that allows people to submit and read through reviews.

5. How to get Involved

5.1. This page will allow people to write reviews on books they either like or dislike and donate to the cause.

5.1.1. Google form: People can leave their reviews on books they've read through the Google Doc that will be left on this page.

5.1.2. Screencast Presentation: I will also put my screencast presentation on this page to give more of an insight into how people can donate and how to get more involved.
