4.1. UDL Principle I

5. Students will now create a toondoo based upon their understanding of the poem. They will create a character from the poem and have that character explain what they think the poem means along with examples of symbol and metaphor. Link: http://www.toondoo.com/

6. Now students will present their toondoos to the class, explaining what character they chose and why. They will then explain their meaning and literary devices.
