Al's Case

1. In an attempt to bring joy to his grandmother, my client has been mis-treated and slandered.

2. The Facts:

2.1. Al was not interested in the pigs; only wanted their sugar.

2.2. Upon visiting the pigs, Al was met with undue hostility and outright speciesism

2.3. Al was sick at the time of the events, and one cannot choose when he or she gets sick or how powerful their sneeze is as a result of a sickness.

3. Points of Conflict:

3.1. The prosecution is trying to claim that my client killed the pigs in order to eat them but he has made it clear in his testimony that he only consumed their bodies in order to live a waste-free life. Though the loss of life was tragic, it would only have been compounded by leaving their bodies to rot.
