5.3.2.5. Part of an integrated project register for all risks, actions, decisions, assumptions, issues, lessons etc.
5.3.3. Quality Criteria:
5.3.3.1. The status indicates whether action has been taken
5.3.3.2. Lessons are uniquely identified, including to which product they refer
5.3.3.3. A process is defined by which the Lessons Log is to be updated
5.3.3.4. Access to the Lessons Log is controlled
5.3.3.5. The Lessons Log is kept in a safe place.
