Classes and the Three Tiered System by Mind Map: Classes and the Three Tiered System

1. The Upper Class

1.1. Some of these included accountants, physicians, lawyers, private school teachers, bankers and much more. Many of these women were also highly educated as well.

1.2. The Test-tube baby making is widely perceived in Egypt as being "only for the rich."

2. The Lower Class

2.1. Very rare and remarkable. Some travel very long distances from rural areas only to realize that the procedures and drugs are absolutely unaffordable.

2.2. Some are lucky enough to be charity cases from a sympathetic physician.

2.3. "The poor or despised for trying to bring more babies into this world."

3. The Middle Class

3.1. They are often highly educated but their salaries are typically low. This includes doctors, lawyers and engineers.

3.2. "Because it costs much money, it stops many people from doing it, our salaries are lower than most countries."

3.3. In several cases, the only reason why middle-class couples were able to afford IVF/ICSI was because of money earned though labor migration to the Arab Gulf states, where salaries are much higher than in Egypt.
