1. Jobs
1.1. Evaluation begins for jobs when children enter school.
1.1.1. The community elders evalute the children and assign them a job at the Ceromony of 12.
1.1.1.1. Jobs are assigned based on how well students did in certain subjects and where they spent their service hours.
1.1.1.1.1. If a child deals well with babies and enjoys doind so, then they may be assigned nurturer.
2. Rules
2.1. There are many rules from pilots are not to fly over the community to rudened=ss and bragging are prohibited.
2.1.1. Punishments for minor infringements consist of formal apologies.
2.1.1.1. The worst punishment that the community can give out is the release.
3. People
3.1. Live in family units.
3.1.1. Family units have a father, mother, and two children. One boy and girl.
3.1.1.1. Children are "produced" by Birthmothers. Then they are cared for and assigned to a family when they turn one.
