4. The customer care it's not as easy as it seems. We usually think that customer care it's just about to be amable to the client but actually, it's not. There are different types of customer care, it's depends of a hierarchy and each one is different. It depends of the of the service or product that the company is offering to know the way you are going to have the relationship and behavior with the client.
