2.2. Cities grew in the industrial revolution because they were close to factories that had many people working there. Cities were built around them. So some modern day metropolises started around one factory.

2.3. Today people in Hong Kong or India speak English with a British accent, because of imperialism

There is a reason why the Boer Republic does not exist today 8 years later Britain made The Union of South Africa out of many British Colonies and in this union only white men could vote and whites gained control of that century for a century.

5.2. The motives for Imperialism in Africa was that they looked upon African societies as possible markets for the goods produced by the Europeon factories, in the Industrial revolution.
