2.1. SelfAssignment

2.1.1. Users with this permission can self assign prescribed learning plans

2.2. CanAssignment

2.2.1. Users with this permission can assign prescribed learning plans to others

2.3. PendingApprovals

2.3.1. Users with this permission can view pending approvals of reportees

2.4. Reporting

2.4.1. Users with this permission can view learners reports for enrollments and learning plans

2.5. Validations

2.5.1. User able to see PendingApprovlas link under Manager tab

2.5.2. User able to see reporting link under Admin tab

2.5.3. User able to Self assign and Can Assign a PLP though PLP Catalog
