3.1. Promotes the club through posters, flyers, videos

3.3. Photographs events and meetings
3.4. Communicates and promotes through social media
4. Director of Assembly Ana C
4.1. Schedules/runs all meetings with enthusiasm
4.2. Sends agenda to sponsors one week prior to general meeting
4.3. Communicates regularly with sponsors and seeks approval for activities
4.4. Actively seeks out presenters and speakers for the meetings

5.1. Keeps notes of all meetings (general and officer)
5.2. Updates the club website
5.3. Writes thank you notes and emails
