1. Legal Server Component

1.1. 1. Already have prototype self-publishing tool

1.2. 2. Allows LegalServer admins to enter their own organization's service directory information into an Open Referral data package

1.2.1. Package then placed into a publicly readable folder accessible by its own unique link

1.2.2. Open Referral data package uses CSV format

1.3. 3. LegalServer ORGANIZATIONS module will be mechanism to query external source of aggregated resource data

2. Legal Services Partnership Component

2.1. LEAD - Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida Three Rivers Legal Services Bay Area Legal Services Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida Legal Services of Greater Miami

2.1.1. Partners will collect data and self-publish to a machine-readable file

2.1.2. Partners will test ability to query aggregated resource data within Legal Server's ORGANIZATIONS module

3. Aggregation / Verification Mechanism

3.1. Collect all individually published files

3.2. Enable trusted monitors to review and verify information

3.3. Republish aggregated, verified data in a public feed
