1. How to ask for help:
1.1. If you are undergoing cyber bullying, ask adults for help, doesn't matter if they are your parents or your teachers, never keep those situations to yourself.
2. Strategies to be safe:
2.1. Don't surround yourself with people that tend to make fun of others, because it could happen to you as well. Don´t share private issues of your life, people don't need to know everything about your life.
3. Psychological impact:
3.1. Victims undergo many damages, not only physical but psychological as well. Victims of cyber bullying feel very lonely and sad, that's why it's not so easy for them to meet new people or interact.
4. Definition:
4.1. Is bullying that takes place using electronic devices, such as phones, computers and others.
5. Risks:
5.1. Cyber bullying can lead to mental and physical damage of the victim, whom in the future, could seek revenge. Also, people undergoing this type of bullying tend to feel very lonely and sad, which can lead to suicide.
