1. Policy

1.1. Sustainability

1.1.1. Collaborate with local businesses to encourage student patronage (student discounts?)

1.1.2. Service details at Roosevelt Growhouse, maybe work to have a local food meal for students?

1.2. More frequent and consistent correspondence with Senators, Representatives, Councilpersons, etc., especially important allies

1.2.1. Also keep in correspondence with other campus' USGs and UA/NAU student governments to coordinate efforts on statewide issues

1.3. Make Congressional website content, especially student related content, more accessible and easier to understand

1.4. Policy talk series to inform students about relevant policy issues or topics in an accessible and entertaining way

1.4.1. Beyond this, work to provide guidance concerning any policy issues that students should be concerned about as they arise

1.4.2. Start with GMO Labeling, as legislation is currently going through Congress and is expected to be signed by the President

1.4.2.1. Finish this and one additional video before the start of classes

1.4.2.2. Create introduction video for Policy Talk Video Series with request for students to suggest policy topics that they would like us to cover (Jimmy/Me)

2. Civic Engagement

2.1. Work with Recorder's Office to secure clerking/inspector positions at nearest polling site

2.2. Provide information to all students immediately detailing steps that are needed to ensure they can vote in November

2.2.1. For out of state students: how to register to vote in Maricopa county or how to request an absentee ballot from their state of residence

2.2.2. Set up table for first week of school in TP foyer to register students at their convenience

2.2.2.1. National Voter Registration Drive, 9/22

2.2.3. Work with CAs to attend first mandatory floor meetings to talk to residents about registration

2.3. Secure early voting location on ASU campus (both downtown/tempe? or west/polytechnic too?)

3. Miscellaneous

3.1. Create full contact list for USGD to send to other ASU USGs as well as NAU and UA student governments to both facilitate and encourage interdepartmental communication and cooperation
