Children Community Network

1. There are many services offered: Service Coordinators:  They provide assistance to families with children who have complexe needs.  Often these families don’t know who to turn too for help.  Coordinators can help to empower families by giving them tools, strategies and support.  They can organize meetings and conferences with agencies.  They can identify and assist families with accessing additional services. Strengthen a family support network and coordinate community resources.   CCN Sudbury is the go to agency when things get complicated.

2. Principales and Values: Ethical, Collaborative, Accessible, Caring & Sensitive, Respectful, Committed and Accountable.

3. This organization works extensively with our immigrant populations.  They also focus on Native Affairs.  Just recently they have been working with the Syrian Refuges that have settled here in Sudbury.  These cultural diversity keep us all interconnected within our communities.
