1. Danggit Lamayo

1.1. When you’re in Coron, be sure to try the Danggit Lamayo or the dried rabbit fish. The freshest rabbit fish is used, partially sun dried, and lightly salted. Then it is marinated in Garlic, Vinegar and pepper. The Danggit lamayo is slightly bigger and less salty than its other counterparts.

2. Lato

2.1. The lato or Sea Grapes is dish you will often see on the tables of most Palaweno families. Lato is ussually served with a vinegar dip, or as a salad with onions, tomatoes and vinegar.

3. Tamilok

3.1. You can’t talk about Palawan cuisine without mentioning Tamilok. The tamilok, a wood worm harvested from Rotting mangroves. The slimy grayish worms (which are actually mollusks) doesn’t look appetizing at first, but its been said to taste like oysters.

4. Crocodile Sisig

4.1. Another exotic dish you can try in palawan is crocodile sisig, a variation of the sizzling disk that typically uses pork, Crocodile meat is said taste like beef but leaner.
