When I hear "transitions" I think...

1. Basic transitions... Especially during unusual schedule changes.

2. Transitioning from elementary, to middle, to high school.

3. Grade to grade transitions.

4. Transition plan

5. Going from one on one support to the integrated setting.

6. Transitioning from schooling to independent living/group homes.

7. Transitioning from small group activities to large group activities and vice versa.
