Does traveling the world make people smarter? (Are Americans  with more money smarter?)

1. Can spend money to travel the world so they can travel.

2.1. They do not have an issue with spending a lot of their money on school so they can go for how ever long they want to

3.1.1. They are not as good as managing their money as people with less money where they have to have a budget to manage their money

4. Richer people have access to money to where they can run a business or start a business and pay other people to run it.

4.1. When someone can open a business they can get more money to spend on an education if they wanted to .

5. Some people who have money that are not smart always have the chance of becoming smart
