1. because people don't have the money to keep paying the tuition fee for college.
2. if college was free a lot of students that want to go to college can without worrying about the money it costs to be there.
3. some jobs that people would want you would have to go to college to get and people that cant afford to go to college cant get a good job is they cant.
4. alot of high schoolars that drop out think that since there is no way that there going to colloege because of money they think that that is okay to do.
