1. OTHER REQUIREMENTS
1.1. Items that are sent with Australia Post should automatically default to AU Post shipping method from 4zx when you are doing the labels. Is this possible to achieve, even though its a free shipping category? Currently, when we marked everything FREE SHIPPING, it does not default to a service but rather is blank, so it takes a lot of time having to drop down the box, wait for all the services to load up and then to choose a service from a long drop down. So I am not sure if we need to create 2 categories - Free shipping Au Post and Free Shipping Courier to have this happen, but this needs to happen.
1.2. All Items that are sent with Australia Post, should have free shipping Standard Shipping and then have an Express post option. So the customer while shopping should be able to select EXPRESS POST. If the customer selected Express Post, then it should default to express post in the label generation section. There is no express post for couriers.
1.3. DIFFERENT DISPATCH LOCATIONS FOR COURIERS - we have 5 different dispatch locations with our items, that we use couriers for. These are MOS (Cheltenham VIC 3192), FAB (Lidcombe NSW 2141), BB (Prestons NSW 2170), VW (Miranda NSW 2228), HOME (Marrickville, NSW 2204) - can we have courier services be set up so that we can select the dispatch locations depending on the item? These are all warehouses, except for the home one.
1.4. Products from ALL SHIPPING SERVICES AND CATEGORIES SHOULD BE ABLE TO BE PURCHASED TOGETHER - we had this issue recently that Jackson Fixed, where a customer could not check out if they bought 2 products and 1 was courier and the other AU Post. So Jackson created an overarching category that included ALL the services, so that they would all work together. This would need to happen again!
1.5. Even though AU Post is default for AU Post sent items, All courier services (integrated through the API and generic) should be available on AU Post items, so that we can click the drop down box and see comparison prices and choose to select a different service if we wish.
1.6. Like Au Post defaults to AU standard shipping service - items sent by courier, should look through all the integrated courier options and default to the cheapest courier option in the label generation page. All generic and Au post options should be available.
1.7. Australia Post Options and generic options should appear on courier services in label generation
1.8. Deactivate and remove all old/deactivated/unused services from the label generation drop down (preferably delete so that the shipping matrix is clean all the inactive services that do not go into the scenarios above (I have deactivated them). DELETE ALL EXCEPT FOR SMART SEND SERVICES THAT WE ARE NOT USING, THOSE CAN BE JUST DEACTIVATED WITH AN OPTION FOR FUTURE REACTIVATION
