1. Peace- bloodshake

2. This is one of my controversial ideas because no one in my group particularly likes the indie genre. However, I do so I'm going to write about the genre anyway. The music video interests me because of the use of different effects in the background by using a green screen. Fortunately, my group have said we can incorporate this into our actual music video. I also like the different colour connotations to give an hallucination vibe.

4. We have always liked the song, the music video is very basic so we feel like we would have a lot to work with.

5. Indie pop

5.1. Indie rock is a genre of alternative rock that originated in the United States and the United Kingdom in the 1980s. Indie rock was extremely diverse, with subgenres that include indie pop and lo-fi among others. Originally used to describe record labels, the term became associated with the music they produced and was initially used interchangeably with alternative rock.

6. Soul/R&B

6.1. It originated in the USA in the late 1950s and early 1960s. It combines African American gospel music, rhythm and blues and jazz.

7. One Dance by Drake

8. This song doesn't yet have a music video, therefore we think that we could be more creative with the our take on the music video. We feel like there is no narrative to define what the song is.

9. Flume-say it

10. Niamh found this song whilst scrolling through a YouTube playlist. This song gives a summer happy vibe, which is originally what we wanted. However due to the whether changing we are not sure whether we can get the summer shots we need. Eg, water balloon fight, or paint run.

11.1. Pop music is a genre of popular music that originated in its modern form in the Western world during the 1950s and 1960s as a softer alternative to rock and roll. The terms "popular music" and "pop music" are often used interchangeably, although the former describes all music that is popular

12.1. Hip hop is a subcultural movement that was formed during the early 1970s by African-Americans
