Cultural Leadership

1. Low Uncertainty Avoidance - As an Omega leader, I will practice assertion by assigning a task and believe that task will be taken cared of, but only report back to me if there is a problem.
2. Cooperative - This influences the way I lead by emphasizing the there is no "I" in team.
3. Short-Term Decision making - This point of view would influence the way I lead by developing a long term success by winning, one success at a time.
4. Particularism > Universalism - As a leader and a capitalist, being a moderate in these values motivates followers to do the right thing when getting the job done.
5. Layers of Culture
5.1. Filipino-American
5.2. Kaiser Permanente
5.3. Snowboard Group
6. Individualism - In leadership, this influences my servitude by creating less of an authoritative environment and believe in the abilities of who I'm leading.
7. Moderate Power Distance - This affects my leadership by emphasizing the importance of the chain of command, but same time give importance to the voice of who I am leading.
8. Neutral expression of emotions - This may influence my leadership in a negative way since followers may think everything is great, when hiding my emotions really mean things are not going so great at all.
9. Monochronic - This influences my leadership to focus on executing top priorities first, while setting aside everything else.
10. Being - Though doing sounds more promising and result to success, but being a simple leader will influence my followers the value of real happiness.
11. Indirect Communication - This influences my leadership in a positive way, that there will be less conflicts among fellow leaders and followers.
12. Cultural Systems
12.1. Capitalist - Capitalist mindset would shape my leadership by inspiring hard work to attain success.
12.2. Kinship Family - This affects my leadership style by being open to ask help from outside sources if needed for our success.
12.3. Formal Education - This shapes my leadership by being leading intuitively, versus a "by the book" type of leader.
12.4. Formal Legal System - As a leader, this point of view shapes my leadership by giving high value to set rules.
12.5. Mystical Belief - As a servant leader, my religious point of view guides my servitude to success through Gods blessings.
12.6. Solid Environment - This would influence my leadership style by maintaining neat organization in everything I do.
