1. -ICT's are often spoken of in a particular context,such as ICT's in education, health care, or libraries.
2. -the term is somewhat more common outside of the United States. It includes radio, television, cellular phones, computer, and network hardware and software.
3. -is an umbrella term that includes any communication device or application.
4. -is an extended term for Information Technology (IT) which stresses the role of unified communications and integration of telecommunications.
