3.3. bad smells - wouldn't natural smells that come from the natural environment

3.4. Birds and animals might choke or swallow rubbish which could harm them

4. people could disturb eggs in nests when walking in the country

4.1. sometimes if you touch the eggs the mother will not go near them so they will not hatch
