1. inputs and outputs
1.1. Computers use devices called inputs and outputs to create and view data. Inputs help people create new data to place on a computer and outputs help people examine data that is stored on a computer.
2. Hard Drive
2.1. This component is the disk that stores all of the data for the computer.
3. spreadsheets
3.1. Two main types of spreadsheets can be found in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. They are very similar, but MS Excel is better for complex data computation, and Google Sheets is better for working in a group. In both programs, the vocabulary is the same.
4. URLs & Link
4.1. A URL stands for Uniform Resource Locator. Every webpage, image, and video that can be found online has a URL. In order to create a link, you need to find the URL for whatever you'd like to link to.
5. Inside a computer
5.1. The computer case is what most of us see every day. It is the outside of a computer. But most of the action of a computer happens inside the case. Our lesson will focus on what is inside a computer and how it works.
