1.1. Set an alarm to go to sleep
1.2. Don't do anything high-intensity before sleeping (eg. exercising, gaming, sports)

2. Manage your Space
2.1. Create a comfortable working environment
2.2. Isolate distractions as mentioned warlier
2.3. Store items vertically, like in shelves
3. Homework
3.1. Set an alarm schedule
3.2. Create a comfortable, but not drowsy working environment
3.3. Spread homework sessions out more evenly to remain focused and on-topic
4. Focus
4.1. Isolate distractions (eg. phones, video games, etc.)
4.2. Close all other running apps on computer
4.3. Set a timer for 45 minutes, and do as much work as possible. After 45 minutes, take a 10 minute break before resuming for another 45 minutes.
