10.1. 1. U T I L I T A R I A N view: Society welfare will decrease because discrimi. lead inefficient use of human resource When jobs didn’t assign based on competency or merit, the productivity will decrease, affect society welfare or benefits

R I G H T principle view: 1.Violate human rights coz it will develop belief which one’s group is inferior than another group while each person should be valued at the same level 2.Violate human rights because discriminated group might have lower economic and social position and its against right to be treated equally
