Ethics,morality and low

1. Ethics and moral apply to our code of values to which we are expected to behave

2. there are 3 diffrent level of morals

2.1. societal morals: represent the common shape belifs and values so social can live together harmoniously .It influences by culture geography and brooded religious or spiritual beliefs

2.2. Group morals: involve the values we adopt as part of self selected sub groups eg.in profession code of ethics It expresses the profession a great upon set of values and code of expected behaviors.

2.3. Personal Moral: your own values is unique and is influenced by culture ,religion, professional and societal expectation.

3. Health care ethics are unique why: pain in patient ,emergency status ,and bad consequence of bad decision effect on life or result.

4. Law: set of legislated rules and standard enacted at local, provincial or national level (Ethics high standard than low)

5. examples :

5.1. Illegal but Ethical: like treating client who cant pay

5.2. Unethical but legal :personal relation with clients

5.3. Unethical and Illegal :altering billing and abuse

6. morals :personal and culture values set by all level of society so people can exist together harmoniously .

7. Morals: beliefs, values, principle based on (What is right what is wrong what is the good and bad)

8. Ethics: branch of philosophy that studies and identifies universal moral values ,and how moral decision are made

9. Moral Code: system of morals intended to guide good and right action .it formed out of culture, religion and societal values

10. (Encountering- conflict) some situation which our personal moral coming to conflict with moral values or ethical code of our profession ,employee or society in general.it challenge to make ethical decisions based on own moral.
