1.1.1. Theory: They can use editors and Photoshop to make their food look more interesting and delicious. Certain fast food restaurants may use improper facts to sell their food items. For example places may market their food saying that it has vitamin A, but while it may have 0.5% of your daily intake.

2.1. How can we find all of the nutrients we need?

2.1.1. Theory: We can look at nutrition labels to find what we need. We could also really try to buy things that are healthy for us, i.e fruits and vegetables, low or no fat yogurt, and more.

2.2. Why do food companies falsely advertise that their food is healthy

2.2.1. Theory: Because they want to trick you into buying their unhealthy foods. They can also get facts that say: Lots of protein, when in reality it could have .5 grams of protein

3. Portion size, Nutritional contents and ingredients help us make better food choices

3.1. Why do we crave junk food?

3.1.1. Theory: We crave certain junk foods because of all the different sugars and chemicals that cause certain feelings and emotions in your brain. Foods that have lots of sugars, fats, and salts are very often extremely bad for you.

3.2. how can we be healthier by having smaller portion size?

3.2.1. Theory: We can attempt to monitor all of the foods that we eat and drink. We can utilize the nutrition labels to find the micro and macro nutrients that we need to survive
