1.1. Walruses have a layer of blubber to keep them warm.
1.2. Walrus tusks are adaptations to break breathing holes through ice and it helps them pull themselves out of the water.
2. Beluga Whale Adaptations
2.1. Beluga whales are grey when born, but turn white to camouflage.
2.2. Beluga whales have a layer of blubber to keep them warm.
3. Caribou Adaptations
3.1. Caribou have split hooves, which helps them walk on the cold snow.
3.2. Caribou scoop shaped hooves help them dig for food that is buried under snow.
3.3. Caribou have extra layers of hair.
4. Polar Bear Adaptations
4.1. Polar bears' furs are thicker than other bear's fur.
4.2. A thick layer of blubber keeps them warm.
4.3. Polar bears have fur even at the bottom of their feet
4.4. Polar bears actually have black skin underneath their white coat. The black skin absorbs sunlight to keep warm.
5. Snowy Owl Adaptations
5.1. Snowy owls grow extra thick feathers to keep warm.
5.2. Their white coat helps them camouflage.
