2. Why do glaciers melt?

2.1. Glaciers melt because of climate change and the glaciers get too hot to stay frozen.

3. How long can a glacier last?

3.1. They can last for hundreds of years it just kind of depends on the heat and weather conditions where it is

3.2. Sometimes they may only last a few years because of the temperature

4. How do they form?

4.1. When there is enough snow it turns in to ice and multiple layers form.

4.2. They begin to form when snow remains in a small area for the whole year
